Helen is very professional, while still remaining welcoming and approachable for someone having piercings for the first time.

I was very impressed by Helen's instinctive understanding of the unique needs of someone on the autistic spectrum, without having to specifically ask for any adaptations to be made. She read the room, client and adapted seamlessly to what was needed in each moment. She explained every step and what was about to happen, so there were no unwanted surprises along the way. A real gift and credit to her emotional intelligence and dedication to her craft.

Took my teenage son to have 1 ear lobe pierced today and it couldn’t have gone any better. He’s not a people person at all but Helen made him feel at ease, so much so that he’s asked to go back for one of the extensive skin treatment options she offers. Helen was so friendly, very professional and I think she could have pierced his ear with her eyes closed, she really knew her stuff and he barely felt any discomfort. Honestly can't say enough good things about Helen and our experience. My 11 year old daughters had their first lobe piercings two weeks ago and the whole experience was faultless from start to finish. Helen was both lovely and professional - completely putting them at ease from the start. The piercing itself done quickly with no fuss and there have been no issues at all with the healing. Would highly recommend Helen to anyone!
