Took my teenage son to have 1 ear lobe pierced today and it couldn’t have gone any better. He’s not a people person at all but Helen made him feel at ease, so much so that he’s asked to go back for one of the extensive skin treatment options she offers. Helen was so friendly, very professional and I think she could have pierced his ear with her eyes closed, she really knew her stuff and he barely felt any discomfort.
